Knowsley Sport and Culture Awards Nominations
The Knowsley Sport and Culture Awards 2015 celebrates talented young people from the local community. It recognises the outstanding achievers and performers who have made a real difference to school and community sport.
Within the Awards there are two categories which relate to school sport:
School Sports Team Achievement of the Year
This is for any individual or school team that has achieved great success in their sport in a schools competition.
Young Volunteer of the Year (5-19 years)
This award aims to recognise the outstanding work that young volunteers aged 5-19 years olds have put in place in terms of leading sessions in school or college settings, which can include Playground Leaders, Young Ambassadors and Sport Leaders who have assisted in the delivery of sport and acted as a role model to others.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 4th September, if you would like to nominate any school sports teams or volunteers please complete the nomination form which can be downloaded below.
