Sainsbury’s Active Kids Paralympic Challenge 2016

The project aims to inspire schools and young people to learn more about and participate in Paralympic sports in the lead up to Rio 2016. All Schools who register via this link www.activekidsparalympicchallenge.co.uk will recieve FREE equipment including a pack of 6 Boccia balls, 2 Goalballs, Sitting Volleyball equipment, 20 blindfolds for visually impaired activities and 100 active kids vouchers which will be to their account.

They will then be able to access free downloadable challenge resources for teachers and young leaders linked to the sports of goalball, athletics, boccia and sitting volleyball. By participating in the challenges and logging their activities on Get Set Road to Rio app www.getset.co.uk/road-to-rio, schools can win prizes, including GB Paralympic Athlete visits, an inclusive Playground Makeover, even a trip to Rio for the 2016 Paralympic Games!
