Year 7 Foot Golf

Intent	Widening the competition environment to develop character and life skills This Celebrate Festival focused on fun and enjoyment of participants to encourage participation with recognition of their efforts and engagement. These type of events will be aimed at children with little or no interest in sport, children with health related issues due to inactivity and children with low confidence.
Year Group:	Yr 7
Maximum Numbers:	Maximum 6 schools.
Squad and Team Size:	Maximum 12 children, any combination of boys or girls, aimed at children who have specifically not settled in very well at secondary school.
Date:	Tuesday 10^th October 2023
Time:	1.00pm – 3.00pm
Venue:	Aintree Golf Club, Melling Road, Aintree, Liverpool L9 5AS
Additional Information:	Children will take part in 9 holes of foot golf. The event is centred around socialisation, building confidence , fun and trying something new, whilst being physically active. Please bring a football for each participant
Spectators:	NO SPECTATORS are allowed to attend,
First Aid:	All schools MUST have a first aid qualified member of staff with them and a first aid kit.
