Aspire – Competitive event focused on introducing pupils to competition and interaction in a sporting setting. This type of competition is aimed at your school sport’s teams and encourages pupils to try their hardest on a personal and team level to accomplish together and as individuals. This type of event also helps to teach important life lessons such as hard work, commitment, teamwork, working towards and achieving a goal and dealing with winning and losing. Taking personal and group responsibility for achievement and loss and learning how to improve builds resilience and character both within and outside of sport.
