Target Group:

This course is only suitable for qualified teachers or individuals currently working towards qualified teacher status.

Course Details:

The learning programme has been designed to support the professional development of teachers and trainee teachers who deliver Physical Education across KS1-2.  It develops confidence and competence to plan and teach high-quality Physical Education lessons.

The course will be led by FA expert tutors and will develop the candidate’s knowledge, understanding an application of:

Module 1             Holistic Development

Module 2             Learning through games

Module 3             High Quality Teaching and Learning in PE

Module 4             Mapping a PE Curriculum
